What it is
Which response is better — and why.
Pairwise preference evaluation is the ranking step behind RLHF and modern post-training: for each prompt, raters compare two or more model responses and rank them against a defined rubric, writing down why.
Preference is judgment, and judgment varies — so calibration is the core of this service. Raters qualify on your rubric, double-rank a calibration set, and disagreements go to adjudication before production ranking begins. We track agreement per rater pair and report it.

Production pairwise judgments with reviewer sampling and ongoing agreement tracking.

What this service does not include — stated up front, so there are no surprises in scoping:
- Preference involves subjectivity — we measure and report agreement rather than promise unanimity.
- Not a substitute for safety or policy evaluation, which we do not offer.
- English and Arabic only; no regulated data.
- No guaranteed throughput or turnaround; timelines are agreed per pilot.
