Digital License & Access Terms

Effective: September 2026. Includes the refund policy (Section 4).

1. What the license covers

When the store launches, your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, single-user license to access the digital edition of Primwright: Foundations — Learner Edition (235 pages, 12-week curriculum) through the protected online reader. Access continues under these terms as long as your account remains in good standing and the Service is provided, and remains subject to suspension or termination under Section 7.

  • One purchase = one license, tied to the purchasing account.
  • The license is for personal use and study. It may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or shared.

2. What the license does NOT include

  • No download or redistribution. The book is delivered only through the protected browser reader. You may not download the book file, copy it for distribution, or redistribute the content by any means.
  • Honest limit: no browser-based system can completely prevent screenshots, screen photography, or copying. Pages carry your account identifier as a watermark as a deterrent; redistribution remains prohibited by this license.

3. Access and reasonable use

  • Access requires an internet connection, a modern browser, and JavaScript. Offline reading is not offered at launch.
  • Reasonable concurrent-session limits apply to protect the license; the product page states the current limit (3 devices at launch).
  • Excessive concurrent use, credential sharing, or systematic circumvention of access controls is a license violation and may lead to suspension or termination after manual review.

4. Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@primwright.com.
  • Refunds are subject to concise reasonable anti-abuse terms: refunds are not available for fraudulent transactions, for accounts found to be systematically circumventing access controls, or in cases of repeated refund abuse.
  • Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which is authoritative for all financial refund state. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.
  • When Paddle authoritatively confirms a full refund of your Book 1 purchase, your license access is revoked automatically. Partial refunds, chargebacks, and chargeback reversals do not trigger automatic revocation; they follow the platform’s entitlement-state logic and are flagged for manual review. A refund that is still pending Paddle approval does not revoke access.

5. Content updates

Free content corrections may be published as dated version updates to the digital edition for the life of the edition. Updates do not create additional charges and do not extend or shorten the refund window.

6. Watermarking and access controls

Pages delivered by the reader carry your account identifier as a watermark. Access is controlled server-side: every content request is checked against your license, content is delivered through signed, expiring URLs, and anonymous or unlicensed access is denied.

7. Termination

  • You may end the license at any time by deleting your account (refund eligibility is determined by Section 4).
  • We may suspend or terminate the license for violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse, after manual review. Refund eligibility on termination is determined by the refund policy above; nothing here overrides the 14-day window for qualifying purchases.

8. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be posted on the storefront with an effective date. The terms in force at the time of your purchase continue to apply to your license’s core terms unless you agree otherwise.
