What it is
Labeled data you can defend.
You bring the texts — support tickets, reviews, documents, conversation turns — and either a taxonomy or the problem the taxonomy needs to solve. We draft or refine the taxonomy, write the annotation guideline with worked examples, qualify evaluators against it, and label your items.
Every label is traceable: each delivered unit carries the guideline version that governed it, and disagreements go through reviewer sampling and adjudication — not silent majority vote.

A written guideline with positive and negative examples per category, plus documented edge cases.
Qualification and calibration
Evaluators qualify against a scored test, then label a calibration batch that we review together before production.
Production with QA
Production labeling with reviewer sampling, blind gold items, and adjudication of disagreements.
Delivery and acceptance
Dataset, guideline, and QA report delivered; you run your acceptance review against the criteria we agreed up front.
Scope and limits
What this service does not include — stated up front, so there are no surprises in scoping:
- Text only — no image annotation at scale.
- English and Arabic only.
- No regulated data (health, financial, legal-privileged).
- Volumes are sized to pilot scope — we quote what we can staff and measure.
- No guaranteed accuracy figures; acceptance criteria are agreed per pilot.
